Astro Photography Workshop

Join Rod Black from Phototourism for an Astro Photography adventure.

Meeting at Croydon Camera House we will depart for Phillip Island using provided transport.

You will explore hidden gems within Phillip Island where you will be able to capture starry skied astro photographs. You will learn composition, correct exposures, shutter speeds, light painting of foregrounds, and how to prevent star trails.

This workshop will run for 2-3 hours but is highly weather dependant. In the event of poor weather or too much cloud cover, causing the event will not run, the event will be rescheduled or your payment refunded.

Cost: $150 pp

When: June 8th

Location: Meet at Croydon Camera House and be driven down to Phillip Island for the workshop

Now having left that world behind he explores our worlds hidden gems conducting tours in Australia, Vietnam and Laos.

In Australia he runs Photo-Tours and Workshops in Melbourne, Victoria’s Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and Tasmania.

Our tours combines the best elements of a modern tour with the added benefit of photographer tour guides. We are fully committed to helping our tour members find the best locations and receive the best photographic advice.
